Nemetschek Allplan presents solution portfolio for architects, engineers and facility managers at Deubau 2010
Munich, 25. November 2009 - Together with its sales partners, Nemetschek Allplan will be presenting its 3D planning and design software Allplan and Allfa at Deubau in Essen, Hall 9, Stand 320. The trade fair participation will focus on methods and solutions for facade planning, conversion and restoration and timber construction. Visitors will discover how they can enhance the appearance of plans and competition documents and will receive practical tips on integrated structural design.
One of 10 major presentations will focus on how even unusual facades can be designed efficiently. With the current version of the 3D planning software, architects can design even complex facade forms easily. They do not model every component individually, but instead use the 32 predefined facade types. As a result, users have more design flexibility and can meet their clients? requirements more quickly.
Sustainable planning, professional presentation
Another thing the presentation series will be focusing on is Allplan Timber Construction, the integrated solution for the planning, production and machine control of timber constructions. The solution can be used to model beamwork and framework right through to solid timber structures in one system. As a result, users are able to plan ecologically and effectively.
Conversion and restoration measures with Allplan also enable higher productivity. At the trade fair, Nemetschek Allplan will be showing how conversion, demolition and alteration plans can be created with less effort. The process is supported by a CAD library with components for the existing fabric, demolition and new construction. It offers users greater transparency and at the same time ensures uniform office standards.
Product experts from Nemetschek Allplan and Maxon will also be providing tips on how architects can enhance the appearance of designs, presentations and competition documents. The focus will be on data exchange between Allplan and the 3D animation and rendering software CINEMA 4D, which makes it possible to exchange not only organic forms, but also camera and light settings.
Integrated planning, fewer errors
At Deubau, engineers will discover the potential offered by integrated structural design: components can be transferred directly from the CAD system to Frilo Structural Analysis or a complete building model can be transferred to the Scia Engineer structural analysis software and used to determine the structural system. After calculation, the required reinforcement quantities are transferred back to Allplan. A 3D reinforcement model is generated on the basis of this. This completes the 3D building model, so general arrangement and reinforcement plans can be derived from it. The consequences: faster processes and fewer errors during planning.
Optimized workflow, smooth collaboration
Facility and real estate managers will be able to see the new version of Allplan Allfa for facility management in action. The main focus will be on the new workflow module Allfa Process, which supports all processes, from the simple through to the complex, including maintenance, service or hotline. Visitors will also see the improved data exchange between Allfa and Allplan.
