Germany/Munich, October 31, 2012 – The performance of CAFM solution Allplan Allfa has impressed the testers at GEFMA again. The software from Nemetschek Allplan meets the association's criteria and has therefore once again qualified for the GEFMA certificate.

"The generic approach and the high scalability of the system have again shown themselves to be the strengths of Allplan Allfa in meeting the requirements placed on a CAFM system," says Florian Bernatzky, Product Manager Facility Management Solutions at Nemetschek Allplan Systems GmbH. "Certification by GEFMA confirms this."

The German Facility Management Association (GEFMA e.V.), founded in 1989, considers itself the network for German executives in facility management (FM). The aim of the association, which has over 850 members, is to promote awareness of facility management and develop FM further.

To make it easier for prospective customers to choose from the numerous computer-aided FM solutions on the market, the GEFMA working group CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) has established a certification process to provide potential users with an objective tool to aid their evaluation.

Using an extensive catalog of GEFMA criteria, the following points were successfully tested in Allplan Allfa 2013:
