Munich-based software vendor Nemetschek Allplan, the High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and Hasso Plattner Ventures are all supporting Sablono, the main prize-winner of this year's IKT Gründerwettbewerb (an IT startup competition organized by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy). The startup company develops innovative software solutions for digital design, management and monitoring of construction projects.

With its participation, Nemetschek Allplan is increasing the competence of its BIM 3D solutions and its Design2Cost cost planning tool by adding the important fifth BIM dimension of model-based scheduling. This is because the Sablono portfolio includes "intelligent" BIM scheduling. Critical information on changes is provided to all project partners and digitally documented in real time. In this way, scheduled deadlines can be compared with the current actual data and the true progress of a construction project can be evaluated, monitored and managed in detail.
