Software manufacturer NEMETSCHEK Allplan is now the exclusive provider of allprojects Cloud, the solution for office management and controlling, in Germany. The web-based software from the Swiss company ABACUS Business Solutions is specially tailored to the needs of small architecture and engineering businesses. The advantage of the SaaS offer: Computer licenses do not need to be purchased or installed. Customers benefit from flexibility and low investments and at the same time, are always guaranteed to work with the latest software version. Project data can be accessed from anywhere via the internet. Small offices can therefore execute previously time-consuming processes - such as customer management, quote creation, order changes or billing - efficiently and with transparent costs.

Complete settlement increases profit
The storage of all the HOAI rules and other important fee tables such as RiftT and AHO in allprojects Cloud means that settlement-related data, time records and fee rates are available without lengthy searches or media discontinuities. The result is that architects and engineers can carry out settlements without a fuss and comprehensively for services provided. The result: System-supported order change management leads to additional income and thus to a higher profit margin for architects.

Integrated app AbaSmart
The iPad app AbaSmart provides central functions at all times. abaSmart is fully integrated in ABACUS allprojects Cloud. Data is available online and offline and synchronized automatically. A site journal will be added to the iPad app in due course.
