Data conversion
Layouts created in earlier ALLPLAN versions were copied with “Copy, Move Elements between Documents”; then their contents were changed. When you upgrade to ALLPLAN 2020, the names of these layouts remain unchanged.

When you place a drawing file in a layout, ALLPLAN first checks whether the local drawing file is up to date. If this is not so, ALLPLAN downloads and updates the drawing file.
