Terms and Conditions 

for Participation in the ALLPLAN 2026 Launch Event “DESIGN TO BUILD A BETTER TOMORROW” Giveaway

The organizer and party responsible for running the competition is ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH. By participating in the competition, participants accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

All natural persons who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the organizer, its subsidiaries, and their relatives are excluded from participation.

2. Participation

To participate in the competition, participants must:

  • Participate in the ALLPLAN 2026 Launch Event competition.
    • Discover hidden letters during the various sessions and use them to form the correct keyword.
    • At the end of the event, enter the keyword via the Slido survey and add your email address. If you enter the correct keyword, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
    • The prize draw will be conducted using the tool https://spinthewheel.io/de. Following the draw, the winners will be announced by email.
    • The closing date for entries is October 22, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after October 22, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. will not be considered.
    • Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
    • In order to participate in the competition, it is essential that all personal details are true. Otherwise, exclusion may occur in accordance with 5. 

Each person may only enter the competition once. Multiple entries are not permitted and will result in disqualification.

3. Prize

The prize consists of an ALLPLAN Ultimate license and an SCIA license. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

4. Determination of winner and notification

The winner will be determined after the answers have been checked for accuracy. If several participants give the same answers, a random draw will be held. The draw will take place on October 22, 2025. The winner will be notified by email by October 27, 2025 at the latest. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 7 calendar days, the organizer reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

5. Exclusion from participation

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation, provide false information, behave dishonestly, or attempt to manipulate the contest from the contest.

6. Cancellation or termination of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if:

  • technical problems prevent the proper execution of the competition,
    • manipulation is detected, or
    • continuation is not possible for legal reasons.

In this case, participants shall have no claims against the organizer. If a participant has caused the cancellation through culpable behavior, the organizer may claim damages.

7. Data protection provisions for the competition

The organizer is responsible for data processing in accordance with Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR.

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and notifying the winner. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

The data will be deleted after the competition has ended and the prize has been awarded, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain it.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Further information can be found in our privacy policy at https://www.allplan.com/de/datenschutz/.

8. Liability

The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, interruptions in data transmission, technical defects, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses, unless these were caused by the organizer intentionally or through gross negligence.
 

9. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Changes to the conditions of participation

These conditions of participation may be changed at any time by ALLPLAN Deutschland GmbH without separate notification. Should individual provisions of these conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of use shall remain unaffected.

11. Applicable law

The giveaway and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
