Self-Paced
Training

Learn at your own speed with access to a library of training materials, including video tutorials and step-by-step guides. Our self-paced training allows you to build skills on your schedule, covering basic and fundamental topics to get you started with ALLPLAN products.

On-Site
Training 

For a more immersive experience, you can bring an ALLPLAN instructor to you. Just like our instructor-led training, our on-site training offers the opportunity to ask questions and receive immediate feedback. 

  • Conducted in-person at your organization.
  • Sessions tailored to your organization’s specific needs.

Cost: $2,500/day. Travel expenses apply.

Have additional questions?

Our services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on current demand, we may be able to start within a week, or it could take several weeks to fit you into our schedule. Please note that because Instructor-Led and On-Site Training are fully customizable, these services can only be scheduled after agreeing on a set of topics. We’ll provide an estimated start date once you reach out to us.

If you prefer flexible, on-demand learning, our Self-Paced Training is ideal. For more interactive, personalized instruction, we recommend Instructor-Led or On-Site Training. If you need specific help with an active project, our Project Consultation is the best option.

You can enroll in training by contacting your Account Manager or emailing us at training.us@allplan.com. Self-paced training is available on-demand through the ALLPLAN Learn Now LMS.

Self-Paced Training is free for all customers. For Instructor-Led and Project Consultation, virtual sessions cost $175/hour. On-Site Training is $2,500/day, plus travel expenses.

Yes! Both Instructor-Led Training and On-Site Training sessions are fully customizable to meet your team’s specific workflows and project needs. If you're not sure which topics you need covered, just ask! Our instructors can provide recommendations based on what has worked well for similar organizations.

Instructor-Led Training sessions are two to four hours long and can be scheduled once or twice per week. Project Consultation sessions are one to two hours long and can be scheduled once per week, twice per week, or every other week. On-Site Training sessions are seven hours per day and can be scheduled for two to five consecutive days. Before training starts, we will schedule all the sessions with you.

Virtual training is conducted via Microsoft Teams. No special software is required; just a stable internet connection and a device capable of video conferencing.

Absolutely! You can tailor Instructor-Led or On-Site sessions to focus on specific features, workflows, or areas where you need more support.
