We edited and corrected various messages of Quality Reporter. As a result, Allplan is more stable and reliable.
In certain cases, importing the private settings via Allmenu caused data problems; this has now been fixed.
The 'CatalogData.xml' file is now accessed only when necessary.
Loading an extended XRef of 3D data with surface reinforcement, labeling and pullout together with the original part image has been improved.
Views and sections
As in the case of reinforcement views, you can no longer modify views and sections using the 'Modify format properties' function.
Fixtures with 2D foils containing curves are now also displayed correctly in the Layout Editor after 'Rotate' or 'Mirror'.
The associative dimensioning of general 3D objects in sections with displayed sectioning has been improved.
Only if you update a grid in views and sections, will the grid be updated. As a result, you can enter data more quickly.
When switching to the Layout Editor, views and sections with associative dimensioning are now also checked to see if they are up-to-date.
The glass in a window element was not displayed as a fill area in views in certain cases, e.g. if it was behind other objects. We have solved this problem.
For certain actions in views and sections with the 'Update automatically' option disabled, you will now see a note.
Creating sections of views and sections with the Update automatically' option disabled without model data loaded has been improved.
Views and sections: When you place fixtures in views and sections, the 2D slide is now displayed before the label is placed.
If you copy and move elements in views and sections, design elements without a linked model are now also correctly taken into account.
When converting 'Architecture to 2D’ construction, section objects now remain unchanged.
An error has been fixed regarding the transformation of 3D bodies into planes with the tool '3D to Planes'.
Ceilings/slabs created with the 'Display surface element in plan' option can now also be selected by clicking 'Reshape Surface Element, Architectural Area'.
When you insert an opening (niche, recess, slit, opening) in a downstand beam/upstand beam, you can enter the reference points again.
The execution of the 'Show selected bar as folded' option in the 'Modify Placement Display Mode' tool has been improved.
Length bars created as area reinforcement or polygonal placements are now evaluated correctly again in reports and non-associative legends.

In the 'Reinforcement schedule - bending shapes' report, copies of linear meters of bars placed using 'Add Number' are now evaluated correctly for 2D reinforcement.
In certain cases, a negative value for the total length was output in associative legends after changing the bar length with 'Modify Mark'; this is now fixed.
Cross-document copying and moving of drawing files with reinforcement has been improved.
You can now again correctly modify the mesh type via the 'Properties' palette or the 'Modify Mark' tool.
If you filter reinforcement steel mesh marks using 'Match parameters' in the mesh filter, the correct mark number will now be applied.
Undoing the creation of the BAMTEC file has been improved.
The creation of automatic carpet reinforcement with the 'Reinforce' tool has been improved.
When creating the BAMTEC file, the definition point must be selected at the end of the carpet on the left in the rolling direction. If two points are available for selection, you will see a corresponding message.
You can now create circular reinforcement in reinforcement views again without any problems.

We have enhanced the user interface and program in various places. In addition, with regard to the PythonParts libraries, we have improved the user interface and functionality for various PythonParts.
You can now start Allplan on computers with the settings Country Israel and Language Hebrew, provided that System Locale is set to English.
In Allplan 2021-1, the scope of available PythonParts has been significantly extended. Localization of these PythonParts has now been improved.
In reports, the areas of objects are now correctly output with the imperial numerical value.
